Carrington57 is an impressive four storey development featuring a collection of 24 architectural boutique apartments and 3 commercial tenancies located in the heart of Palmyra.
Meticulously designed to thoughtfully integrate with the surrounding neighbourhood, Carrington57 offers diversity and focuses on establishing a strong sense of community and place within a vibrant area.
The quality of the build is matched by all of the benefits of infill housing, with the location providing occupants with convenience, comfort and security. Apartments are extremely space-efficient, and the complex makes excellent use of the land available. The communal rooftop terrace, complete with barbeque facilities and alfresco dining spaces, were designed to be an extension of the living areas of each apartment, subtly encouraging interaction and familiarity between neighbours, whilst offering sweeping views across the leafy Palmyra suburb.
